A fixed full-arch restoration that combines the stability of dental implants with the coverage of a denture. It consists of a metal (titanium) or Zirconium framework that supports acrylic or porcelain teeth and pink gum tissue. It is screwed directly into the implants (usually 4 or 6) and can only be removed by a dentist.
It is the standard solution for All-on-4 treatments. Unlike a traditional denture, it does not cover the roof of the mouth (palate) and does not slip or move while eating.
A full set of artificial teeth that is permanently screwed onto dental implants. It is a "hybrid" because it replaces both teeth and gum tissue.
