A surgical prosthodontic procedure to rehabilitate an edentulous (toothless) jaw. It uses four implants—two vertical in the front and two tilted in the back—to support a full set of fixed teeth.
It is a game-changer for denture wearers. The tilted back implants maximize contact with available bone, often eliminating the need for expensive and painful bone grafting. You usually leave with fixed teeth the same day.
You must use a Water Flosser and "Superfloss" to clean the space between the gums and the bridge.
The implants can last a lifetime; the prosthesis (bridge) may need maintenance every 10-15 years.
